Book Your On-Ramp (Introduction to CrossFit) Package
New to CrossFit? We offer an On-Ramp Package for $300.00 that includes:
- Four one-on-one personal training sessions with a coach to introduce you to all the CrossFit movements.
- Two weeks of unlimited access to all our classes after your on-ramp sessions are complete so you can try out the gym and put what you learned into practice. After that two weeks, you can decide if you want to sign up for a membership.
How it works
- Register here by clicking the On-Ramp Package button
- After purchasing, email Pepper@CrossFitHydePark.com to schedule your first session with one of our coaches.
- Arrive a few minutes before that scheduled session and check-in at our front desk
- One of our coaches will greet you and get started!
Prerequisites
Nothing. If it is your first time ever stepping foot in a gym, this is your starting point.
